A. REGULATIONS AND FORMS OF PAYMENT

Customers pay immediately upon receipt of goods in cash

D. EXCHANGE/RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

In case of warranty
- Products have a warranty period of 3-24 months. Depending on each product line.
- Products within the warranty period.
- Hardware error due to manufacturer.
- The product is warranted according to the manufacturer's regulations.
- You present the warranty card when going for warranty.

Case not covered by warranty
- Beyond the warranty period stated on the Stamp and Warranty Card.
- Warranty card, warranty stamp, Serial number is torn, overwritten, modified or cannot be identified.
- Products peeled from the box, deformed due to falling, impact, damage caused by natural disasters, earthquakes, insects...
- The product is moldy.…

Note:
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to the warranty center.
- After the warranty period expires, repair costs will be supported by the warranty center at the most preferential price.

Product innovation policy:

In order to ensure consumer rights and improve the quality of after-sales service, we will exchange for a new product of the same type if the product has a problem that cannot be fixed immediately (due to the manufacturer's technical error). Products can only be exchanged when all of the following conditions are met:
- New products purchased within 03 days from the date of sale. Customers buy online, time is calculated from the date the customer receives the product.
- The product is not old, scratched, deformed and meets warranty conditions.
- The returned product must have its original packaging, foam, and all accompanying accessories and promotional gifts (if any)...
In case of not accepting product exchange or return:

- You want to change the product type and design.
- User error.
- Do not accept visual defects (scratches, dents, distortions, breaks, chips, torn tags, etc.) when the customer has brought the product out of the store.
Note: Customers carefully review the product before purchasing, sold products cannot be re-imported. There are no exceptions. To ensure all customers can always buy new products.
